ASML, the semiconductor manufacturing giant, is investing €1.3 billion in Mistral AI. The Dutch group thus becomes, with an 11% stake, the main shareholder of the Parisian company. This investment is itself part of a €1.7 billion funding round that allows Mistral AI to “double its valuation” to €11.7 billion.
